Simple lemon and herb chilli baked fish

Ingredients

  • Fish - fresh or frozen
  • 1 lime– rind and juice
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Ground paprika
  • Peri peri spice
  • Dried herbs
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Oil

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl, mix the grated rind of 1 lime, juice of 1 lime, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, peri peri spice, dried herbs, coarse black pepper and oil
  • Add the fish to the bowl, ensure it is well coated
  • Place the fish on the foil and top with the remaining sauce
  • Close the foil and place on an oven tray
  • Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or on an open fire for 35 minutes
  • Serve with chips and salad
