Crunchy tangy coleslaw

Jollof rice, fried rice and potatoes go so well with coleslaw. Add flair to your meals with tasty coleslaw or alternatively serve as a main vegetarian dish.

  • Shredded cabbage
  • 4 spring onions sliced
  • 1 red pepper, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and grated
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Ground paprika
  • Honey
  • Mayonnaise
  • KNORR chicken cubes
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • Seedless raisins

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped peppers and spring onions
  • In another bowl, mix the yoghurt honey, mayonnaise, crumbled KNORR chicken cubes, chilli, herbs, paprika and pepper
  • Add to the shredded vegetables and mix well
  • Add the raisins and mix in
  • Serve chilled as a salad
