Crunchy Chicken Stir Fry

This crunchy chicken stir fry dish makes for a tasty treat! Try it out with a side of rice.

  • Oil
  • Chicken breast
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Knorr chicken stock
  • Ground coriander
  • 1 chilli chopped
  • Ground paprika
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 stick celery, chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • Green beans, chopped
  • Sauce: KNORR chicken stock cubes
  • Corn flour
  • Ground paprika
  • Boiling water
  • Honey
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger ale

Preparation Method

  • Mix the ginger, garlic, coriander, paprika, crumbled KNORR chicken cubes, 1 chilli, cinnamon and coriander in a bowl
  • Toss the chicken in the seasoning and leave to stand for 15 minutes
  • Fry in the hot oil until browned
  • Add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes
  • In a bowl, mix the corn starch, crumbled KNORR cubes and paprika with the boiling water and leave to stand
  • Stir in the ginger ale, soy sauce and honey
  • Add the sauce mix to the pan and stir until thickened
  • Serve with rice
