Crispy Fish Fingers

This is one very easy dish to making and the cooking time is just 20 minutes!

  • Oil for frying
  • Fish, cut into even sizes
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Crushed chilli flakes
  • Ground paprika
  • Peri peri spice
  • Knorr chicken cubes
  • Coarse black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Sauce: Mayonnaise
  • Cayene pepper
  • Knorr chicken stock cubes
  • sugar
  • Tomato paste

Preparation Method

  • In a bowl, ix the flour, breadcrumbs, chilli flakes, peri peri spice, paprika, crumbled Knorr chicken cubes, paprika and black pepper together
  • Lightly beat the egg
  • Dip the fish pieces in egg and then in the crumbing mixture and deep fry until golden
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, sugar, crumbled KNORR chicken cube and tomato paste together
  • Serve the fish fingers with the sweet chilli mayonnaise and chips
