Creamy cheesey chilli noodles

This recipe is easy, creamy and deliciously cheesy! Serve with a salad and enjoy.

  • KNORR beef stock 24g
  • Milk 300g 300ml
  • Vegetable oil 15g 15ml
  • Mince meat 400g
  • Black pepper ground 5ml
  • 1 onion, chopped 160g
  • 2 chillies, chopped
  • Ground paprika powder 10ml
  • Chopped parsley 10ml
  • Flour 30ml
  • Cheddar cheese, grated 100g
  • Raw pasta 250g

Preparation Method

  • Bring a pot of water to the boil, add salt and boil pasta until al dente
  • Drain and set aside
  • In a pot, fry the onion and chilli until soft
  • Add the mince and brown well
  • Stir in the crumbled KNORR beef stock, the paprika and black pepper
  • Add the milk and bring to the boil
  • Mix the flour with some water to make a paste and add to the mince and stir until thick
  • Stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Stir in the pasta and serve with salad
