Roast Thyme and garlic chicken

Roasting is one of the best ways to bring out the flavour in chicken. Adding garlic and thyme increases this flavour.

  • KNORR beef stock 24g
  • Brown sugar 15ml
  • 2 cloves garlic 10ml
  • Fresh chopped thyme 5ml
  • Chicken pieces 1kg
  • Chilli flakes 5ml
  • Black pepper ground 5ml
  • Ground allspice 2,5ml

Preparation Method

  • Place the crumbled KNORR beef stock, brown sugar, chilli flakes, chopped garlic and thyme, black pepper and allspice in a bowl and mix well
  • Place the chicken pieces on a large sheet of foil
  • Sprinkle well with the seasoning
  • Close the foil, sealing it with a twist
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 55 minutes
